Morsø Automatic Blade Grinder for Perfect Hollow Grinding

The Morsø automatic blade grinder is specifically designed for precision hollow grinding of Morsø blades, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

With a grinding angle set to 29 degrees—the exact angle used in the Morsø factory—this machine guarantees a flawless sharpening process. It is important to maintain this angle and avoid flat grinding your blades for the best results.

The Morsø blade grinder operates using a dry grinding method. For consistent and even results, the machine automatically controls the lengthwise movement of the grinding wheel, ensuring precision and ease of use.

The forward movement of the grinding wheel is fully adjustable, allowing you to set the number of sideways passes before the wheel automatically moves closer to the blades. This ensures a consistent grind every time, and the number of passes is adjustable to meet your specific needs.

Once your Morsø blades are sharpened, the operator will manually remove burrs and set the edge using two additional stones (included with the grinder). This final step can be done while the next set of blades is being ground, making the process efficient and time-saving.
